A1: For the Frame, we have 2 years warranty. And for the wheels, we have 12 months warranty.
Q2: How long can I receive my item?
A2: we will send it within 5-15 work days after you make payment.

A3: Yes, we will give you tracking NO. After we have delivery.
Warranty policy
We promise warranty for quality in 2 years. We will repair or replace it free of charge if defective part was found in 1 months after receive. You will need to pay the shipping cost if the defects found whtin 12 months.

1.When you receive the goods, please check it before you sign in.
If you find the goods was broken, please do follow the steps:

B) let us know immediately (with photos);
C)submit a damaged report to EMS in your end.
We will not be responsible for all quality problem caused by rough handling in transportation after you sign for your package.
2.If you find any quality problem with 7 days starting from the goods
