This is a rare modern postcard  showing two views of  the ill fated ocean liner R.M.S. " Titanic ".

The two snapshot photographs show views (bow & stern) of the  great ship at Southampton.

These photos were taken two days before she departed on her maiden voyage (8th April 1912)

These photographs were discovered , relatively later , and have been converted into a single postcard.
The photographer, and probably the publisher , was Thomas Pearce of Bristol.

The card has not been postally used.
A little light corner creasing but firm with no real damage.

Good card on a good subject.

UK postage free.
