Instructions:
❶Place a tie in the center of the folded tissue paper pom.
❷Fold the twist tie in half. Fan out your pom pom.
(Tie the ribbon or monofilament to the twist tie if plan to hang it.)
❸Separate layers by gently pulling each layer toward the center tie.
❹Fluff up all layers until you get it into a more rounded shape.

Now your paper flowers decorations are ready to use!
Pin them on wall, or hang them from the ceiling, above the table, under the veranda or from the tree branches in the garden.
