Double-side, ALS dated 10.3.66 in untranslated German.  Written and signed at the conclusion by Erich Geißler.  Folding creases, a 2-hole punch along the left portion and minor wear, otherwise, excellent. 

(1895-1967) Erich Geißler was a highly decorated Generalmajor in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
