Product Description

Angelus Mink Oil is a premium leather conditioner and water-proofer that is designed to keep your leather goods soft, supple, and well-protected. This product is particularly effective for outdoor, work, and sport boots, but it can also be used on various leather items to maintain their quality and extend their lifespan.

Key Features:

Waterproofing & Conditioning:

Dual Functionality: Angelus Mink Oil not only conditions the leather but also waterproofs it, providing a protective barrier that keeps moisture out and prevents stains.

Deep Penetration: This oil penetrates deeply into the leather, restoring natural oils and ensuring long-lasting softness and pliability.

Versatile Application:

Suitable for Various Materials: The product works well on leather, suede, nubuck, rough-out, vinyl, and plastic. However, it may darken the color of some leathers, so it’s recommended to test on a small area first.

Not for Suede or Nubuck: While it can be used on these materials, it will darken them and maintain an oily appearance, which may not be desirable for some users.

Rejuvenates Old Leather:

Restores & Revitalizes: Angelus Mink Oil is particularly effective at rejuvenating old, stiff leather, making it soft and supple once again. It helps prevent the leather from cracking and keeps it looking new for longer.

No Additives: The product contains pure mink oil with no added chemicals, ensuring a natural and effective conditioning process.

Easy to Use:

Simple Application: For small items, simply spray on the oil, wait for 5 minutes, and then wipe off the excess. For larger items like jackets, spray on a small area and wipe off immediately.

Overnight Treatment for Heavy Work Boots: For heavy-duty boots, allow the oil to penetrate for an hour or even overnight for maximum effect.

Protection Against Elements:

Salt Stain Prevention: The mink oil helps prevent salt stains, making it ideal for use in harsh weather conditions where exposure to road salt is common.

Extends Leather Life: Regular use of Angelus Mink Oil will extend the life of your leather goods, keeping them in top condition and maintaining their quality appearance.

Application Directions:

For Shoes and Small Items: Spray on the oil, wait 5 minutes, and wipe off any excess.

For Jackets and Larger Items: Spray on a small area, then wipe off immediately.

For Heavy Work Boots: Apply the oil, allow it to penetrate for 1 hour, and then wipe off any excess. For a higher shine, follow up with Angelus Perfect Stain Shoe Wax.

Safety Warning:

Flammable: The contents are extremely flammable and should be kept away from high temperatures and open flames.

Inhalation: Avoid excessive inhalation of the spray.

Storage: Do not store at temperatures over 120°F, and do not puncture or incinerate the can.

Conclusion:

Angelus Mink Oil is an essential product for anyone looking to condition, waterproof, and protect their leather goods. Whether you’re dealing with boots, shoes, jackets, or other leather items, this mink oil will help keep them in excellent condition, soft, and water-resistant. Just be mindful of potential darkening on some leathers and take the necessary precautions during application.
