Shipping and handling

We ship from Canada. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS) using the most economical and reliable method available at the time of shipping. Buyers cannot request a specific carrier once payment is made.

Important: All items are shipped with tracking and insurance only. If eBay mistakenly offers a shipping option without tracking and/or insurance, the buyer must not select it, as I will not ship that way. If eBay mistakenly displays an unavailable or non-existent shipping rate, such orders will not be shipped.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
