1952 Washington Quarter NGC PF68.  This coin is Brilliant White.  Spotless.  It has some Frost on both sides.  Not alot, but its there.  This coin is also the "Recut Feathers" variety.  Just take a look at the pictures.  Make me an offer.  (fns)
