The right of withdrawal expires:

For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 14 (ten) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

the expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. No. 185 of 22 May 1999
the indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the refund of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.
