Replacement Pump And Hose Kit

This sale is for a kit that consists of a Hydraulic Pump and related items for Bobcat skidsteer models 444M, 500, 600, 610, and 611.  The original pump was a rear ported design making it far more expensive than readily available side ported pumps that are sold today. This kit provides the pump itself as well as other items needed to convert your skidsteer to a side ported pump design.  

-The pump itself provides the same displacement as the original pump design so your cylinder speeds will match the OEM requirements. 

-In order for this side ported pump design to fit into the application, the engine's original oil lines will have to be re-routed using 45 degree barb fittings to clear the way for this new pump and its new pressure and suction fittings. Those 45 degree oil line fitting, new engine oil hoses, and new hose clamps are provided in this kit.

-The original 3/4" steel pressure tube assembly provided on these skidsteers are not intended to be used when this kit is installed.  A new 4,000 PSI rubber hose assembly is provided in this kit to take its place.  Typically it is zip tied to the suction line after installation to keep it from bouncing around.

-A new coupler set is needed and provided in this kit to link the new pump's shaft to the engines shaft.
