RETURNS POLICY. 

We list items under 3 categories': - 

NEW ? A new item we list will be factory/manufacturer sealed and untested by us, in the unfortunate instance the item is faulty or does not meet the purchasers' expectations the following procedure will be adhered to: 

Under the consumer contract regulations 2013 that overtook the distant selling regulations, if you buy an item online you have an absolute right to change your mind and to send it back unless it is personalized or perishable - so short-lived fruit or flowers you can't send back. 

As the consumer you have 14 days in which to let us know you will be sending the item back, in which case we shall issue a full refund. 

If this is necessary, please accept our utmost apologies for the inconvenience you may have suffered. And return the item within 16 days of receiving the item* for a full refund. 

USED ITEM TESTED AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. This/these items will have been thoroughly tested and in our opinion work as expected. The item/items may show wear and tear, and signs of previous use, but should be fully functional and ready to use, please see individual descriptions to assess the condition of said item.
