●Locator ® Block Out Spacers
Place block-out spacers on the heads of the locator abutments.
Position denture cap with integrated black processing onto the locator abutments.
lfnecessary add additional block-out spacers until no gap is visible between female, block-out spacer and gum.

Locator Core Tool:
- The Loca-tor Overdenture Attachment System features a Core Tool that contains 3 tools in 1.
- This convenient tool is used to carry and place the LOCA-TOR Abutment, remove the LOCA-TOR Male, and insert the male into the LOCA-TOR Denture Cap.
- Insert drivers for various types of torque wrenches are available to achieve 30 Ncm of torque.
REMOVAL:
- The male removal tip has a pointy end useful for gripping and removing the retainers of the metal caps incorporated in the overdenture.
INSERTION:
- The central part of the Remove core tool, once detached from the tip, has a cylindrical end specially designed for inserting the retainers in the metal caps.
SCREWING:
- This end of the Remove core tool, acts as a driver for carrying the Remove abutment into the oral cavity and as a hand driver for fixing it to the implant.
How to use:
- Loosen the Removal End of the Core Tool. You will see a visible gap between the removal tool and seating tool.
- Insert the Removal Tool Tip into the Denture Assembly and push straight into the Male. Tilt the tool so that the sharp edge of the tip will grip the Male and pull it out of the Denture Cap.
- Once the Male is removed proceed to point the tool down and away from you. Tighten the Removal Tool Clockwise back onto the Core Tool. This will disengage the Male from the tip of the Removal Tool
- Separate the Removal Tool part of the Remove Core Tool. Use the Seating Tool to place a new Male into the empty Denture Cap
