IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION

Heat shrink tubing is supplied by the manufacturer in a flattened form, especially in larger sizes (sometimes even from 6.4 mm upwards).

The size shown in the drop-down menu refers to the INTERNAL DIAMETER of the tubing when opened into its round shape before shrinking, NOT the width when measured flat.

For example:

• 9.5 mm heat shrink tubing may measure approximately 18–20 mm when laid flat.

• 19 mm heat shrink tubing may measure approximately 38–40 mm when laid flat.

This is completely normal and does not mean the wrong size has been supplied.

All sizes are measured by their internal diameter before shrinking and will shrink at the stated 2:1 ratio.

Grey Heat Shrink Tubing 2:1 Sleeve

This general-purpose polyolefin heat shrink tubing is designed for insulation, protection, and strain relief in electrical, electronic, automotive, and industrial applications. With a 2:1 shrink ratio, the tubing will reduce to half its original diameter when heated.
