this watch does not come with a charger.  It is just the watch no band.  it is a series 3 42mm space gray frame.  The watch charges, but it does not allow you to do anything once taken off the charger.  Therefore I have no idea if it is icloud or not.  It could be clear but I am selling as if it has icloud.  It is a little banged up but the glass is not cracked.
