Is this security camera wireless?
No, you have to always plug it into an AC outlet using the included power cord.
Does it connect to the 5GHz WiFi?
No, it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connections.
Do I have to subscribe to the cloud storage? Does the camera support MicroSD card?
No. The cloud service is optional and can be replaced by MicroSD card (max 512G, not included). But please note that If you don't have a cloud subscription or an MicroSD card, you won't be able to save your recordings.
What if I can't connect the camera?
Firstly, please confirm your phone has connected to 2.4Ghz WiFi. Then please long press the "Reset" button for about 1 second, when hearing the voice meaasge βConfigure Modeβ, you need to follow the app prompts to scan the QR code to add the camera.
