What you see is what you get. Hardware/sensors/clips/fluids included only if shown in photos.
1) Fitment & Compatibility is Buyer's Responsibility
  • Match the part number and compare photos with your original part before purchase. VIN/model lookups are advisory only.
  • Compatibility can vary by market (EU/US/UK/JDM), production date, engine/gearbox, emissions package, options/retrofits.
  • Paint/trim color may differ due to age, sun fade, or code variance; exact finish match is not guaranteed.
2) Condition & What's Included
  • Used OEM parts show normal signs of use (scuffs, scratches, light corrosion, dust). Colors may vary from photos due to lighting/monitors.
  • Electronics are visually inspected and, where feasible, bench-tested; we do not road-test on your vehicle.
  • Fluids/consumables (oils, refrigerant, brake fluid) are drained/removed; buyer must refill/bleed/initialize as required.
  • Tamper seals/serialization may be applied; opening housings or label removal confirms installation and voids any claim.
2a) Mirrors & Glass - Important Electronics Notice
  • Pricing note: The listed price is calculated for the glass only. Any attached electronics are not included in pricing or functionality guarantees.
  • Vehicle-specific behavior: Mirror electronics are model/trim/market dependent and may not support the intended functions (heating, dimming, auto-fold, blind-spot, memory, etc.) when installed on a different car.
  • System dependencies: Some vehicles require a complete matching set (alarm/comfort modules, wiring, sensors, door control units) to communicate correctly. In certain cases, connection may be difficult or not possible without the full donor-car system.
  • From a working car, but? This part was removed from a running/working vehicle; however, electronic functions may not operate in your vehicle unless the entire related system is installed and coded together.
  • No functionality guarantee: We cannot guarantee that the mirror electronics will work properly?or at all?after installation in a different vehicle.
Summary: Buy primarily for the glass. If you need electronic features, plan for specialist installation/coding and potentially additional matching modules.
3) Electronics & Control Units - Adaptation Required

This may include ECU/PCM, TCU/Mechatronics, ABS/DSC, BCM, SRS/Airbag, Instrument Cluster, Gateway, etc. All sales are final.

  • Mandatory adaptation/coding: Many modules require coding/variant coding, VIN write, immobilizer/key pairing, or online authorization (e.g., BMW CAS, DME/DDE sync; VAG Component Protection). Without correct setup the vehicle may crank no-start, run poorly, or show network faults.
  • Programming risks: Use a stable battery support supply during any flash/update. Power loss or unstable chargers can corrupt firmware and render the unit unusable. Buyer accepts all programming risk.
  • Calibrations after install: Throttle adaptation, injector/IQA coding, cam/crank relearn, steering angle, ABS yaw/longitudinal, ride-height/level, NOx/DPF regen, TPMS IDs, transmission/clutch adaptations, etc., are the buyers responsibility.
  • Security/lock states: Modules may be VIN-locked, region-locked, or protected (PATS/NATS/SGW/CP). Dealer/specialist services, subscriptions, PINs or seed-keys are not included.
  • Vehicle faults: Wiring shorts, poor grounds, CAN errors, moisture/corrosion, or outdated vehicle software can damage modules or block communication. Diagnose the vehicle first; no labor/diagnostic/towing/downtime coverage.
Instrument Cluster ? Coding Required:
Instrument clusters must be coded/programmed to your vehicle before they will operate correctly. This includes VIN adaptation, mileage synchronization, immobilizer/anti-theft pairing, and enabling of vehicle-specific options. Simply installing the unit will not make it functional.

Professional setup with dealer or specialist diagnostic tools (e.g., STAR Diagnosis, ISTA/INPA, VCDS/ODIS, Techstream) is strongly recommended. Compatibility, coding, and programming services are the buyer?s responsibility.
Final notice: Incorrect adaptation, programming, or installation can cause no-start, drivability issues, or new fault codes. Seller does not reimburse diagnostics, programming fees, or consequential costs.
4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk Allocation
  • We ship to the address on your eBay order; include a valid phone number for courier/customs contact.
  • Transit estimates exclude weekends/holidays and customs processing. Delays from clearance, weather, or operational backlogs are beyond our control.

  • Loss: Carrier investigations/compensation follow carrier terms; seller does not issue advance refunds.
  • Unclaimed/Refused/Address issues: Returned or abandoned shipments may forfeit the item price; shipping/return fees are buyers responsibility.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
  • Ships from Latvia (EU). Exports are typically zero-rated for EU VAT; your country may collect import VAT/duties/fees.
  • Buyer is responsible for all import charges and any courier/USPS brokerage or processing fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping.

  • Postal (Latvia Post / USPS): USPS will collect duty/fees at delivery under CBP's new methods, plus any USPS handling where applicable.
  • Refusal or non-payment of U.S. import charges can result in abandonment/return without refund.
