Payment
1.We accept payment via PayPal , Google Pay , Visa , MasterCard , Amex
2.If we did not receive your payment or hear from you within 4 days after the auction ended, we reserve the right to cancel your bid and sell to the next highest bidder or list the items back on auction. (Non-payment may result in a UPI (Unpaid Item) being put on your account. eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's in total.)
Shipping
1.Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days ( Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after your payment clears.
2.We ship to eBay confirmed address ONLY. Please make sure your address in eBay is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
3.Domestic Packages are shipped from our US UK AU DE warehouse. It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
4.International Packages are shipped from CHINA, it usually takes 15-25 Business days for delivery. Sometimes,it could take up to 25-30 business days.
5.We are not responsible for import duties taxes and customs fees.
6.If you do not receive your parcel during normal period, please contact us first via eBay or email. We will be glad to track it and solve it asap for you.
Returns
1.We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. Refund or replacement request is available within 30 days after parcel received & in original condition and packing.
2. Please contact us before returning items and we will provide the shipping address.DO NOT send without communication.
3. If you just change your mind and want to return the item, please make sure the package remains sealed, unopened and eligible for second selling, or we have the right not to accept the return
