The Faaast rom was one of Great Valley Products (GVP's) popular SCSI controller upgrades, designed to improve the speed and efficiency of hard drive access. This EPROM kit was intended to provide an autoboot feature, allowing the Amiga to boot directly from a SCSI hard drive without requiring a floppy disk

It includes two 3.5 five and three chips in a protective case.  The box was crushed at one time but is still in nice vintage condition.
