So many pockets and compartments! Insulated zippered pocket and insulated bottle pocket. Diaper bag can unzip to fold down the front (makes it easier to see everything and stay organized). Zippered pocket on the back as well.  Hard rubber on the bottom. Some wear on the bottom corners (see pictures). No diaper pad.
