Stopped working	Ensure that you charge the battery packs fully before each use.Verify the batteries in the transmitter have sufficient power. Check if the truck can be bound with the transmitter or not. Test if the truck is capable of moving both forwards and backwards,as well as steering properly. Make sure there are not any damaged parts in the drive train. Solutions will be provided promptly once the issues have been identified.Contact through Amazon message.
Steering works,car won't run	Make sure the battery power is suficient.The ESC won't drive but the steering servo sometimes does by low battery power. Verify tne motor and the Esc function properly. Check if the drivetains are not clogged. No stripped gears, no hoarse noise, no floppy wheels and no missing drive shafis.
Run itself when switched on	Do not move the trigger and steering wheel until the vehicle has been bound with the transmitter. Please keep the throttle trim in the middle,adjust according to the actual situation.Do not adjust it unless you need. Please do not turn the throttle trim if the vehicle has not been connected.
Not go straight	Carefully tune the steering trim on your transmitter to achieve the desired steering response. This adjustment can help correct minor misalignments Make sure there are no deformed parts found in the steering system. Make sure the tires are properly locked and secure.Inspect the tires for any wobbling.
Not steering	Check if it does not steer properly or it does not steer in the least. Make sure the steering posts,steering links,or the servo saver and the steering servo are all in good working order. Make sure no objects are invading in and hampering the steering system.
Not go reverse	Do not push and pull the trigger on the transmitter back and forth too quickly. To engage reverse gear, first center the trigger, then push it a second time. Please try re-binding.If this problem still occurs,replace with the new transmitter.
Wheels does not turn	The drive shaft that drives the wheel has come away or is damaged or the wheel is not well secured.
Shuts off itself	This problem may arise from the low battery voltage cutoff or overheat cutoff, charging the batteries or waiting until the ESC is cooled down. If the problem still occurs,replace with the new ESC. When the car can only go left and right and cannot move forward, it means that the low voltage protection has been activated and needs to be charged.
No signal connection	Ensure that you're using new batteries.Try operating the vehicle in a different area. Verify that you're within the operating range of the vehicle. If you've driven it too far,it may lose control or stop functioning.
Batteries can't take charge	Check if the USB charging cable works or not When you do not use the battery for a long time,do not leave the battery inside the model,please charge it to 5V2A to prevent over-discharge,when it fails to charge,try another power adapter.
