This is a genuine Mitutoyo micrometer stand model 156-101.

Designed to securely hold an outside micrometer for stable and accurate measurements.
Heavy cast-metal base provides excellent stability on the workbench, making it suitable for inspection, machining, and quality control environments.

The stand shows typical cosmetic wear from professional use, including scratches and minor surface rust on some hardware, but it remains fully functional.
