Click the button on the yellow input box. The conveying number can adjust the rotational speed of the metering screw, thereby controlling the filling and discharging speed. The larger the number, the greater the rotational speed and the faster the discharging speed; the smaller the number, the smaller the rotational speed and the slower the discharging speed.
Weight conversion: This function uses plc for calculation. plc is not a computer, and there will always be errors after conversion. Please use it with caution
Before using the conversion, first determine your filling speed. Fill once to see if this speed is the one you need. If not, adjust the speed first
After the adjustment is completed, perform the operation
First, bring an electronic scale over. Then, take a container, peel it first and place it under the discharge nozzle. Fill it once and check the filling volume. You can fill it several times and see if the filling volume is the same. Take the middle volume of these filling volumes and press the transfer button. Then, enter the measured volume of the electronic scale in the gram volume of the electronic scale, and then enter the required gram volume in the target gram volume. Press the "OFF" key on the edge again to confirm.
