634S targets the sweet spot between rugged durability and refined style. Using IRON HEART’s original 21oz Japanese selvedge denim (launched in 2003 and a catalyst for the heavy-ounce boom), the IH-634S is built to last yet cut for clean lines.
- Denim: 21oz selvedge; warp uses #4 slub yarn, weft breaks convention with two bundled #5 yarns, slowly woven on shuttle looms
- Silhouette: Straight cut with minimal side bulge and excess seat—sleek, versatile profile
- Construction: Vintage sewing machines; three thread weights and two colors for strength and durability
- Details: Button fly with original tack buttons; custom rivets at pockets; original rear pocket stitch with IRON HEART’s red “W” icon
- Patch: 4 mm thick leather label sewn only at top and bottom so a belt can pass underneath
