Stocked Up is a family-ran business working predominantly with UK-based retailers to clear warehouse clearance and overstock. We also offer used items obtained through quality checked business demos or customer returns which means, whether its new or used, we make savings on products so you can too!

All our items are quality checked before listing and again when they are being packed up. This process means the products you receive are inclusive of all parts stated and most importantly as described.

Packaging conditions may vary. we are a wholesale clearance company and very often we are able to obtain brand new items at hugely discounted prices due to packaging conditions. as a result, we are able to offer you great savings however at the cost of not all packaging being in perfect condition and where packaging is not complete enough to send your item safely, we will use plain packaging without notification. Some packaging may be missing altogether, however all our items, unless otherwise stated, are brand new and we will NOT accept returns based on packaging condition as this is a costly and time consuming process.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift then please contact us to enquire about the condition of the packaging to ensure it is suitable.

Shipping

We provide fast and secure shipping via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We offer 48 or 24 hour services, however only 48 comes free with your order. Orders may still use a faster service, where we fill fit. We will never downgrade your service unless requested.

If you wish to return due to damage in transit, you have 12 days from date of delivery to notify us of any claimed damage. The couriers only allow us upto 14 days to claim this, and notifying us within 12 day gives us at the minimum 2 days to claim this. Any damage in transit after the 12 days from date of delivery will be automatically declined unless we say otherwise. Any damage claims will need to be supported in full by you, aswell as backed up with clear images of any damage that may have occurred in transit.

Returns

Returns are hassle-free provided the item is in it's original condition.

We will refund or exchange providing the following is met: The product is not as described; You returned the item within 14 days of delivery date; The item is returned complete and with original packaging, where applicable

Please take care when opening items and trying on where relevant. We will not process refunds or exchanges on items which are not sent back in the same condition as received. This includes any clear signs of use, scuffs, make-up marks, worn away soles (Shoes), clothes items that have a new smell (this includes it having been cleaned.) Items can't be purchased with the intent to borrow or loan then be returned.

If returned items are sent back in a different condition to which they were sent, a refund will be reduced or we may send the item back.
