For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (package and/or its content)
Also partial use of the asset and any consumables
The lack of the external package and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased asset to the sender.
Customers who acquire VAT and those who buy personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a deadline of 14 (ten) working days from the reception of the products ordered, the customer must send to the address below a registered letter with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
