Box is very worn and has no top pieces.  Box says X'mas Tree 53 4400 36 - battery operated but No batteries included.  This works but lever has to be set just right .  The lights light up but some are not as bright as others.  The paper star decorations have some bent corners etc, general overall wear.  Still fun!
