SHIPPING: Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter. Most orders will ship via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS or the best suitable carrier for the specific size of the product.  You will also receive an email indicating your purchased item(s) has been prepared for shipment.

DELIVERY TIME: We have no control on how long it takes the shipper to process and deliver the item to your door.  Look at when you paid and when we send you a tracking number, which reflects how fast we pack and deliver the item to either USPS or UPS.  Most items are listed with a very reasonable low shipping cost.  In most cases, it cost us more for the material to pack and ship the item than what the buyer is charged.  PLEASE take all of the above into consideration when leaving feedback.

RETURN POLICY: Most items have a 30 day return policy.  Buyer must contact us in advance to validate approval for returning any item. Returns will only be accepted for items not described correctly. Most of our parts are NOS and typically in unopened original packing material (box/bag).  Item must be returned as received with original packing in unused condition.  Unless otherwise indicated, the part is sold as-is.  Returns without pre-approval will be denied acceptance from the shipper. Buyer pays for return shipping.  There is a 20% restocking fee for items that were sent from the seller with free shipping, to cover the cost of the seller's shipping.
