The book is signed by Jose Silva and also Nelda Sheets the very first Silva Method instructor to join Jose in 1966, with personal messages to the previous owner on the title page.

The dust jacket has light signs of typical shelf wear and a small tear on the front top right. The hardcover binding is still very tight, there are no loose pages. The first title page has hand written message of the book being a gift to the previous owner. The remaining internal pages are clean with no pen marks, no rips or tears, no missing pages.
