About Packaging : In order to protect the records and photo books from water and other forms of damage, the items will be placed in plastic sleeves, covered in bubble wrap, and shipped in a cardboard box.

When a package is returned to the seller 

because the buyer failed to receive it or requested a return,

the buyer must pay for the return shipping fees.

A Note for International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.  Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected upon delivery by the freight company or when you pick the item up.  Please do NOT not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  As the US and other foreign governments prohibit reporting merchandise as gifts or indicating a lower-than-actual value on the shipping report, we refuse to do so.
