This Owl Vase Paperweight is in great condition. The top of his wings and the little branch(?) on the front are sharp, but I'm not sure they are chipped or if that is just part of the design. I have included pictures of them. Also, the tag on the bottom is kinda hard to read, but I believe it says handmade Ardalt Art Ware Taiwan. I have included pictures of the tag.
