Not sure what this is actually made for. It does have small openings in each end for something to slide through. An opening in the middle as well. The back is like cotton batting while the beads are sewn on a fabric more substantial. The beads are I believe cut glass because they really sparkle. Measures 5 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide. If anyone out there knows what this is please email me.
