I do not know how to identify fabric material well so I posted a lot of closeup photos.

I know this is probably a semi sheer, right? Is it a cotton blend? I don’t know. To top it all off there are black outlines around the butterflies, these outlines are raised slightly and they are not flocking. I don’t understand this fabric, what those black outlines are, what they’re made of, I just don’t know. I do know my mother is a prolific sewer and would probably roll her eyes at my description of this fabric.
