I am selling a Dutton Lainson horizontal pulling winch with 15" strap, part # DL1100A. This item is new, not in original packaging and has minor blemishes/knicks from storage and does not include handle and comes as shown. This steel horizontal pulling winch is silver and black in color and roughly measures 6 3/4" length x 5 1/4" tall. There is (1) 15' ft black strap with (2) silver hooks on each end. Mounts with (4) slotted holes which roughly measure 3/8" width. See photos for additional rough measurements. Made out of a zinc plated steel.
