While most of our items are removed from a working environment, this item is being sold as-is and the condition of the item is unknown. We do not have the facilities or resources to test any of the equipment. Any conditional notes will be listed in the item's description.

Shipping Policies:

In most cases our items require to be shipped via common carrier LTL freight. In the event of purchase, we allow customers the option to arrange pickup on their own, or to get a shipping quote through us.

We will put the item on a pallet at no additional cost if it will fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. However, if the item is too large for a standard pallet, we may require an additional fee to build an appropriate sized pallet. Some of the items in our inventory may not be able to be shipped via LTL freight and will require either a dedicated carrier or local pickup. We reserve the right to determine which items may fall into this category.

If the item is under 75 lbs and fits into a box we have in stock, we will ship it via USPS. If a UPS account is provided, we will box the item and take it to a UPS terminal for shipping. The item will be packed with foam, bubble wrap, paper, or other various forms of protection. We will typically provide the cost of shipping within 1 business day of the purchase.

Unless the item qualifies for free shipping, we will invoice you for shipping.

*If we deem the item too heavy or bulky to be shipped via USPS/UPS, we will ship it via freight to prevent any damages. If this affects the buyer's decision to purchase an item, we will cancel the order at no cost.

Payment Policies:

CDM sells products as is. We make no warranty, express or implied, and expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

CDM's sole obligation pursuant this order is to prepare the goods to ship to the buyer.

CDM shall have no other obligation or liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Prices are subject to change.
