In good condition, all 120 pages are secure to the binding.  The cloth backing shows wear and is a bit frayed at the top side.  Inside the front cover there is a notation dated Christmas 1939.   
The copyright date is 1915.  Printed in English.
Book measurements:  7” X 4 ½”
