The disc has been professionally resurfaced to ensure that it functions like new.

The case has not been replaced (due to being a proprietary case), and has several scratches on the front and back.

Note with PS1 games: due to the black back of PS1 discs, it is possible that there may be some visible swirl marks on the disc. These marks may appear after resurfacing the disc. However, they tend to only be visible when looking at the disc from a specific angle.
