The Coin Collector's Journal (6) from 1950 (full year set), by Wayte Raymond.  A very nice illustrated journal with a mix of articles and coin price lists.  Scarce.  Some of the articles that caught my eye are:  The Abukir Medallions from the J. Pierpont Morgan collection; an expansive illustrated catalogued list of Roman gold coins from the J.P. Morgan collection; an article on high grade 1793 cents by James G. Macallister, along with a catalogued listing of those in the Newcomb collection; Roman gold medallions and bar from the Morgan collection; article on Chinese dollars; 1794 cents by Macallister, again illustrating the Newcomb collection; Roman bronze in the Morgan collection; the cents of 1795-1796 again, Macallister / Newcomb; an extensive research article on the Clinton cent, by John J. Ford & Richard Kenney; Roman silver coins from the Morgan collection; Counterfeit flowing hair & bust half dollars article by JJ Ford.  A great group of literature for early large cents and ancient Roman.
