SHIPPING

By default, we use UPS and USPS. We do our best to ensure the product is shipped out no later than 2 days from the day of payment.

Any order heavier than 70LBS will be sent out using motor freight / default freight company chosen by us unless a freight company is provided by the buyer

A carrier will be chosen based upon customer location, shipping price, and seller convenience. Most of our items are FREE Shipping, meaning we incur the cost.

Prior to shipment, we'll inform all customers about freight, which may cause delays. Opting out of freight for heavier items could risk damage during transit. We recommend freight for its safety and item protection.

If you have special instructions or need your order to ship from a different carrier, please let us know prior to purchasing.

RETURNS

ReUseTek predominantly specializes in products obtained through off-lease arrangements, close-out sales, and liquidation processes.

Products categorized as "Used" or "Seller Refurbished" come with a warranty, the duration of which varies depending on the product category. Additionally, we extend replacement services for items beyond 60 days from the date of purchase.

Items designated as "FOR PARTS / NOT WORKING" are ineligible for returns. Listings for items sold under the condition "FOR PARTS / NOT WORKING" will explicitly state "NO RETURNS" or "SELLER DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS" to convey this policy. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
