Terms of Sale
I make an honest effort to ensure that all items are
accurately described in the listing. Buy with confidence, knowing that you can
count on my disclosing any potential issues in the listing. Unless there is
specifically an issue with an error in the listing, all sales are final. Please
be sure that the item you are buying is the item you actually want to buy. I do
not accept returns or issue refunds simply because the buyer doesn't like the
item they bought, changed their mind, or because it is the wrong size/type.
Shipping costs are prohibitively expensive, and wasting money and resources
return-shipping items simply because someone changed their mind raises the
costs for everyone else. I will happily grant requests to cancel orders,
provided I receive them prior to shipping the item.
Shipping Information
All items ship with USPS Priority Mail by default. I have
tried the other parcel services and just feel that USPS by far offers the best
value for both me and for my customers. Understanding that heavy items can
sometimes ship much more economically to more distant destinations with FedEx,
I do occasionally list them as an alternative to USPS. Please explore your
shipping options at checkout (if available). If I notice a large discrepancy
between USPS and FedEx when I'm creating the shipment, I will contact you
directly to see if you would like to change your choice of shipping. FedEx
shipping will be slower than USPS, so any savings will come with a trade-off.
If a refund is due to you because the shipping cost is lowered, it will be
issued as a partial refund.
Q-Why do we charge
shipping and not offer free shipping on most items?

As we have started growing this part of the business,
we have realized that most people add the shipping cost into the item and list
it as free shipping. We could do that but choose to be transparent on what we
think the value of the card is and what the value of the shipping is. Shipping
cost is just more than putting a stamp on an item. It includes the cost of the envelope
the penny sleeve and the toploader. We do everything we can to protect the card
in shipment, so you get a perfect card.
Q- Do you do refunds?

Yes, we will do refunds. Most of the time refunds
are requested do to not receiving an item by the due date the ebay puts on the
description for the time frame. As this time frame can be incorrect due to
certain circumstances that happen with USPS. We will carefully look at all
situations and work with the buyer to unsure every effort to get what you paid
for. If needed, we will issue a refund. Please contact us first. We are very
much a customer service company and will do what needs to be done to help you
the buyer.
Q- Do you ever except request to lower the price?

We do. We will not lower the price to be a rock
bottom price; we want you to be able to afford a card but at the same time we
need to make money too.
