AUTHENTICATION POLICIES
All items (unless specified) come with a COA that we stand behind. All of our autographs are authenticated by our exclusive deal with AuthentixPro. Their authenticator has over 15 years experience and is an expert in the field of handwriting forensics.
Along with top-tier authentication, most of our autographs come directly from the signee, the signees charity team, or the signees public relations team. Our items are specific pieces they sign for our charity or donated to us by other collectors. We also obtain many of our autographs via donation from estates of collectors who have passed on and their collection is donated to us by a member of their family.
Upon request, we're more than happy to tell potential buyers the source of an autograph they've purchased or have an interest in purchasing, assuming we have the information available.
We understand that everyone has their own preference for authentication. If you'd prefer to use your own favorite authentication service, please submit it to their "quick look" service before purchasing. Sadly authentication is not a perfect process and even the best and most trusted authenticators can get it wrong. We don't post autographs that we don't feel confident selling but sometimes authentication services can disagree so we ask that to avoid both of us wasting our time and resources, you get the item pre-checked. If you get the item pre-checked and it passes, and then fails full authentication we will fully refund your order and also pay for the failed authentication to make you whole.
If you choose not to do a pre-check with a reputable autograph authenticator and it fails full authentication later, we're unable to refund your order due to the fact that we make our monthly donations on the 1st of every month.
You have no reason to worry or not feel confident with your purchase with us. If you look at our eBay feedback you'll see we have over 400 positive experiences from customers, many of which submitted their purchases to their favorite authenticators and every item passed authentication without issue.
HOW WE PACK YOUR AUTOGRAPH
All autographs are inserted into a BCW hard top-loader upon signing and never leave that top loader with the exception of when we photograph the item. When we photograph the item was use professional gloves to ensure no fingerprints find their way on your autograph. Upon shipping we tape the top of your top-loader with blue painters tape to ensure it's secure during shipping.
SHIPPING POLICIES
All items are shipped USPS Priority by default but can be upgraded at your expense. All prices include shipping and shipping supplies. We cannot ship with any less expensive method as we only ship with full tracking numbers and insure all packages for the price of the autograph in case of mailing issues that can happen in rare instances.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Credit card, PayPal, and Venmo accepted. All done through the business option for each respected payment processor. We cannot ship personal or "friends and family" for the protection of the buyer and seller. Unlike many sellers, all payment processor fees are built into our pricing. The price you see is the price you pay.
