This high-pressure 2-way steel flow divider from Oleodinamica Marchesini is designed for hydraulic systems where two identical actuators—operating independently and not mechanically linked—must move in perfect synchrony. Supplied by a single hydraulic pump and controlled by one valve, it ensures equal flow distribution during both extension and retraction, making it ideal for dual-cylinder operations in precision hydraulic applications.
 
 

USE AND OPERATION:

These valves are used when two equal actuators, that are not mechanically coupled, supplied by the same pump and controlled by a single valve, must move simultaneously both in extension and retraction.

MATERIALS AND FEATURES:

Body: zinc-plated steel.

Internal parts: hardened and ground steel.

Seals: BUNA N standard and Teflon.

Load holding: matched diameters, minimal leakage.

Cylinder stroke error tolerance of +3% of maximum flow. Any synchronisation errors are compensated for at the end of stroke.

CONNECTIONS:

Connect P to supply flow and A and B to the actuators.
