This is a Gringos self-titled LP. 10 Tracks.

The record is in EX condition and plays great.

Good news and bad news about the sleeve:

Bad news is that the album was kept in a previous owner's garage and the sleeve has damage to the bottom of the front and back (see pics). Top seam and spine are fine.

Good news is that the album carries what I assume to be autographs of some original members. Looks like they signed it for "Kathy's 18th". I can make out Joe, Bush, Klide, Ty, Jimmy and Steve. There is also "Love Mark & Laura" who I guess have nothing to do with the band.

I cannot authenticate the signatures but they seem genuine to me.
