I got this as a home network upgrade, but after weeks of playing games with my ISP's ChatGPT tech support bot, I couldn't get them to fix their server-side problem, despite my device log definitively showing it was an upstream problem, despite said ISP's website claiming this was a compatible modem and then having the chatbot declare it was an incompatible device.
So I threw them out. Too late to return the modem to Newegg, so here it is.
