is a Home Made Mix DVD, a compilation of songs put together, the DVD is
not a bootleg, IT'S A MIX DVD. DVD comes with case and Artwork. You
are paying for the AUCTION FEES AND the DJ Time to Make the Disc,
THE MUSIC IS FREE.
All
the videos carried and distributed are 100% Official copies that have
been acquired directly from DJs, Artists or Record Labels that produced
them. When you purchase a DVD MIX , you are purchasing only the physical
DVD, and agree that you are NOT purchasing rights to the music; or the
right to copy and redistribute any of the material you receive. The
music is provided on a promotional only basis by the Record Label or
Artist(s) and is intended solely to increase the promotion, marketing
and sales of the Artist(s). It is important to understand that when
purchasing a DVD MIX you are NOT receiving any fair use rights to the
music as you do when you purchase a regular album.
EACH
MIXTAPE DVD IS BRAND NEW. THEY ARE NOT SEALED (MIXTAPES ARE NOT
ALBUMS), THEY WERE NEVER SEALED AND THEY ARE NOT ALBUMS. THEY ARE
PROMOTIONAL MIXTAPES. IN THE BRAND NEW SECTION, IT SAYS "IF APPLICABLE",
IT IS NOT APPLICABLE HERE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER SEALED. WE WANT TO
CLARIFY SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN USED OR PRE-OWNED
AT ALL.
