We try our best to arrange dispatch of all items within 24-48 hours (1-2 working days of course). This means that normally the goods ordered will be with you, our customer, within 1-3 days for mainland UK addresses.  If there is any delay whatsoever, we will try and contact you and inform you. Please understand as a company that provides motorcycle and scooter tyres nationwide, we have very fast turn over of products. This ensures fresh tyres but at the same time it maybe necessary to order products in from manufacturers so as to re-send them out to you hence the 1-3 days.

With regards to all items sold by TyreTec Trading UK Ltd, we accept any returns made within a 30 day period of delivery providing of course, the item/s are still brand new, unused and unfitted however the case may be. Please make sure the original packaging is intact. Please be so kind as to send an e-mail with your requirements via eBay. All return postage and package costs are your responsibility unless the wrong item was sent. Once items are inspected then a credit will be raised minus our original courier cost which £7.50 (mainland UK, not Highlands and Islands) per tyre. In the rare event an item has been used and found faulty, an Application Form For Tyre Examination (BRMA) has to be filled in. The tyre needs to be returned to us at the cost of the customer. Once the tyre has been examined by the manufacturer and there is a genuine fault, a replacement or part discount will be arranged at the discretion of the manufacturer.
