DMT Electric Motor ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days. If your payment method is done with and E-Check through Paypal, your order will NOT ship until your check is cleared. Typically this can take 2-3 days.
Orders will be shipped to your address you have on file with EBAY, if you move it is your responsibility to keep your shipping address updated. Should the package be returned to us as un-deliverable due to an error in the address you have on file, additional shipping costs will be required to be paid before your item gets re-shipped to you.
If you receive your part damaged/defective you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your. This is to insure that we can file a claim with the carrier when applicable. Please send an email describing the damage and attach pictures of the part and the packaging for our inspection.
Please note: Ebay calculates the shipping, but customers should be aware of duties/fees that DMT can not control.

In an event that we have misrepresented any item by its picture, listing description, or the wrong item had been shipped to you, DMT Electric Motor will take full responsibility. We strive to keep our listings up to date on information and pictures, errors do happen. Manufactures however do make several changes to many items to which we are not notified if these are cosmetic changes. This such images do not qualify for a return based on misrepresentation.
Please allow 1 to 3 days on returns for a credit to be issued if required due to serial number verification, testing, etc. You will be notified by your payment service once we have received the item back to us and a refund has been issued.
To avoid a charge be sure to return item in its original box (if a new item) with its original packing contents. If a package is refused for any reason. Your refund amount due may be adjusted to reflect any but not limited to; any re-stocking fees, shipping charges for return of item, and/or UPS refusal charges.
Any item to be returned for credit which is not for warranty (warranty product to be reviewed prior to refund) can not have any evidence of installation i.e. bolt marks, cut/shortened wires, shaft set screw marks, shortened shaft or any other evidence of installation (unless sold as an used or installed part) . This will be interpreted as "used" and is not resalable as a "new" product.
Such evidence may cause the refusal of refund.
