Glove wearing Precautions

1 . Select the appropriate size and specifications before use to avoid affecting thee effect
2 . If the finger muscles are stiff and difficult to open , it is recommended to kneadthe fingers for 5 minutes before wearing gloves< Recommended sitting or lying down to wear gloves >
①Insert the affected fingers into the gloves one by one , and the fingers should reach the top of the gloves
②Tighten the Velcro and stick it firmly , and pull the inner ring of the glove back as much as possible
