Kevin Flynn cycle had two minor paint (Tiny dots) flaws from new. I carefully touched them in. See close up photo #12. These were issued as toys and as such there are minor blemishes on the finish from new. Both bikes come with instructions. I've taken close ups to show the hidden light function buttons.
