After inspection this dog house is new and never used. Please see photos for details and measurements. I partially set it up but didn’t want to fully pop all the pieces into place for fear of it not being able to come undone. Some minor handling wear. There is an adjustable vent at the top that can be opened or closed.

Rare dog house. The box has lots of wear water damage and some mold and damage.
