· Our items are shipped from Victoria Australia within 48hrs (not including weekends and holidays) after the payment is cleared.

· If a parcel is un-deliverable due to incorrect address provided by buyer, any refund given will be net of postage and additional $20 fee. Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order.

· To reduce environmental impact we reuse packaging boxes when possible.

· Buyers will receive the tracking number for their item when it is out to be shipped, if you can't track the delivery process please send us a message.

***  For the item you received was not as described, you will receive the full refund amount after we check the item return from you which is still in original box, tags and no damage or any visible sign of being used.

*** For change of mind:

· You will have 30 days to request a return.

· You are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us in its original packaging and tag.

· After we inspect the item with no sign of damage or being used, we will issue the refund less the shipping cost from the time of your purchase.

You will be refused to a refund if the return item we receive:

1. Not the item we sold and sent to you.

2. Shoes boxes and other product packaging have tape or any other shipping labels on them.

3. Footwear is worn, damaged, no tag and its original box.

4. Clothing is dirty, being washed / used, no original tags attached, pet/human hair, smoke or body odors, smell of perfume or makeup stains.
