"Atlanta International Pop Festival"
Atlanta International Raceway, Hampton, Georgia, USA 5th July 1969
★The much talked about first appearance sound source in 1969!
★Adjusted the slightly low pitch
★Slightly improved EQ adjustments, especially for the weak low range
First appearance live in 1969! Recorded in Audio Mono at the Atlanta Pop Festival!
It's a shame that not all songs are included, but it's a valuable first appearance live in its entirety!
The festival was held on the 4th and 5th, but ZEP only appeared on the 5th.
There are several shots of daytime and nighttime shots in the photos from the day, but it seems that they performed from the evening. There seems to have been a commotion when a naked man broke onto the stage during the live performance, and although there are photos of that time, it is not clear from the existing sound. It was probably during the performance of HOW MANY or Communication, which are not included in the album.
Although the sound quality is mono, it is a high-quality audience recording that is fully enjoyable to listen to, and some EQ adjustments and pitch corrections have been made when making it into a CD. The EQ adjustments have been limited to a moderate level, and adjustments have been made to complement the poor low range, and the sound has also been slightly improved.
The pitch was slightly low, but has been adjusted.
Limited edition numbered with a sticker attached.
The CD label is a permanent collector's edition with a picture disc label!
